Shipping & Delivery
At Neurix, we’re committed to getting your order delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing times may be slightly extended during high-demand periods or holiday seasons.
Note: During peak shopping seasons (such as holidays), shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some delays may be outside of our control.
If your order contains incomplete payment details or incorrect address information, it may be delayed an additional 3–5 business days. All U.S. addresses are verified through USPS. If you're unsure of your shipping address, we recommend verifying it at USPS.com. (International orders are exempt from this verification.)
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public postal holidays.
Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)
Standard delivery times range from 3–9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Neurix is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, weather, or other external events. We also cannot be held liable for USPS shipping guarantees.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your package is already processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you with options to reship or refund (minus any shipping and handling fees).
Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If a package is refused, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from any eligible refund. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received and inspected by our fulfillment team.
Neurix uses USPS as the primary delivery carrier. While we do our best to support you in case of delivery issues, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at hello@getneurix.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
International Orders: In rare cases, international shipping may take 4–6 weeks, and in severe cases, up to 8–12 weeks. Neurix is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional fees related to international delivery. Shipping to certain countries may require additional fees due to geographic limitations.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is sent to our fulfillment center immediately. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped or processed, cancellation is not possible. You may either:

Refuse the package upon delivery and notify us at hello@getneurix.com with the date of refusal,

Or return the package to us with a valid tracking number.
Refunds will be issued only once the product is returned to and reviewed by our warehouse team.
Delivery Confirmation
If your tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided, Neurix is not responsible for items claimed as undelivered. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
