At Neurix, we want you to love every chew. But if things didn’t click, no worries—we’re here to make it right.
Tried it and not feeling it?
No problem. You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Just shoot us a message at hello@getneurix.com and we’ll walk you through the process—no awkward questions, no stress.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. After your return lands back at our warehouse and passes the quick check, we’ll send your refund back to your original payment method. Easy.
Heads up: Return shipping isn’t covered right now, so we recommend using a trackable service to keep things smooth.
Outside the U.S.?
While we don’t accept international returns (shipping’s no joke), we still want to hear from you if:

Order canceled? Customs refused delivery?
It happens. If your order was returned to us due to customs issues or delivery refusal, let us know. We’ll work with you to find the best solution. And for peace of mind, we always recommend adding shipping insurance for international orders.
